First as a startup founder, where I built the software for my own product, then at software development agencies, working with tech clients from unicorns to small startups. What happens after the 30 days?
You keep the report and what we built. If it makes sense, we keep operating it with you on a retainer. If not, you leave with everything.
Will AI replace my people?

Do you build custom software?
No. I set up and connect proven tools and AI workflows around how your team already works. The system is tailor-made; the code isn't. Everything lives inside your own tools and accounts, so you keep ownership and control.
